Last week at Club Assembly:

Club Avenue:  There will be a social gathering after each Thursday Food Pantry Service Meeting.  Everyone is welcome whether you worked at the Food Pantry or not.  Also, January's Wednesday evening social will be at 5:30 on the 25th at Mario's on Rte 31 in front of Walmart.

Community Avenue:  We learned that not everyone was aware that the club has chosen a replacement for the Breakfast with Santa District Grant.  We will be applying for a grant for us to work with Fisher Outreach Program's Adopt-A-Grandparent Holiday program next year.   https://fisheroutreachgroup.com/

Membership:  Matt Kostecki, Executive Director of Home of the Sparrow, will soon be attending his second Dawnbreaker meeting, in anticipation of later joining the club.  Be sure to greet him!

Public Image:  Jennifer will be working on increasing our club's presence on Instagram, linking the posts with our Facebook posts.  Be sure you've "liked" us on both.  Mary B will reach out to the district to see if a District PR grant will be available this year as we still need to replace the club canopy.

International Service:  Sue D will be contacting a Rotary Club in Panama to see how we can help a Crystal Lake dentist who donates free services there.

Vocational Service:  We have scholarship applications from two people and we are looking for 4-6 more.
